Application for the Operator Certification Exams ADEQ Exam
Information
In order to take an exam you must complete an ADEQ Application for the
Operator Certification Exams and submit it to ADEQ by the posted deadline
date.
- After ADEQ
receives an application, a letter for permission to take the exam will
be sent out to the applicant.
- This
letter must be presented for admission to the testing site for each
exam date.
